Bookings held for 7 days pending receipt of deposit, balance may be paid in cash on arrival or by cheque 14 days prior to arrival. (Cheques payable to “Beachside”)
A receipt will be issued for all money sent, if you do not receive a receipt, please contact us to confirm we have received your payment.
In the event of cancellation or non arrival, we regret deposits are not refundable. (Holiday insurance recommended).
Flats available from 2 p.m. on day of arrival & vacated by 10 a.m. on day of departure, [flats may be ready earlier, please check].

Proprietors cannot be held responsible for valuables left in flats or on premises.
In case of late arrival, notification would be appreciated,

The proprietors reserve the right to cancel accommodation if, in their opinion, the behaviour of the visitor is such that the comfort and enjoyment of others is affected. (no refund).
We would appreciate your assistance in keeping the flats in a clean and comfortable condition.
All prices inclusive (except electricity meters using £1 coins).
Visitors not allowed unless prior permission agreed by proprietors at all times.
Flats only to be occupied by persons stated at time of booking, unless by prior arrangement.
Ensure that children do not play on staircases or hallways.
Do not leave children unsupervised in the flats
Keep noise to a minimum (especially after 11pm)
